On December 6, 2022, Web2Learn hosted the webinar “Environmental citizen sensing: social participation, arts and technology”. The webinar presented examples of citizen sensing actions as well as of artistic expressions designed to foster active citizenship and address social injustices. In this event, citizen sensing was fundamental to understand citizen-enhanced enforcement of environmental policies, while art and technology were treated as effective means to bridge gaps between diverse publics. The panel of speakers was composed by Anna Berti Suman, Sofia Greaves and Stefania Oikonomou, with Katerina Zourou moderating the session. The webinar was part of the GreenVETers project.
