AirLimnos+

Mapping air quality through citizen science.

About AirLimnos+

+AirLimnos is a air quality citizen science initiative by Web2Learn that started on the island of Lemnos in 2024 and continues to grow across Greece.

Today, the sensor network includes installations in schools and community spaces in Lemnos and Agios Efstratios, Athens, Thessaloniki, and Lefkada

Through real-time environmental sensors, educational activities, and community participation, the initiative helps citizens and schools explore the air they breathe, better understand environmental challenges, and take part in local climate action.
