CROssING project: Two new coastal rowing boats for NOL thanks to W2L pro bono action!
We are delighted to announce that the Nautical Club of Limnos (NOL) acquired 2 coastal rowing boats through the EU-funded CROssING project.
NOL reached this important milestone thanks to Mrs. Katerina Zourou, CEO of Web2Learn, who drafted the European proposal CROssING pro bono in March 2023, which was approved for funding and is now being implemented.
Firm to our social responsibility towards local communities and its people, at Web2Learn we are proud of this special milestone and sure of the positive impact these vessels will have on NOL and on Lemnos society in general.
CROssING (Coastal rowing for a green, intergenerational and gender-balanced future) is a 12-month project (November 2023-November 2024) financed by the European programme Erasmus+ Sports, action Not-for-profit European sport events.Â
