Zacharias is a student at the Department of Economics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, majoring in Business Administration. Zacharias is Deaf and is actively involved as a coordinator of the Youth Committee of the Deaf Association of Northern Greece (EKBE), which aims to empower young Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) people.

At Web2Learn, Zacharias is involved in the European project “Acting4DHH” which aims to strengthen the participation of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community of Thessaloniki in actions that improve their quality of life through citizen social science. In his free time, Zacharias likes to play video games and watch movies, series and anime.
