Description

LangOER was a European network focused on enhancing the linguistic and cultural components of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Practices (OEP) for the benefit of less used languages. LangOER aimed to contribute to the promotion of learning and teaching of less used European languages by linking them to the global challenges of Open Education.

The project included the exchange of good practice, training, expert consultations, discussions and dissemination activities for policy makers and educators in less used languages in Europe. Web2Learn offered free-of-charge training opportunities to Greek educators, as part of the activities of the LangOER consortium. The training was delivered in blended mode: a 2-days face-to-face meeting supported by a learning platform (Open Learning) to extend and enrich the physical meeting.

Key project outcomes

● Teacher training activities on OER/OEP for educators.
● Comparative studies.
● Policy making papers.
● Showcase of best practices
