This state-of-the-art report was released as a result of an in-depth investigation of Open Educational Resources (OER) in more than 10 European languages. The report illustrates the diverse landscape of linguistic and cultural OERs while identifying several challenging issues not yet tackled, such as the quality of online repositories hosting educational resources in minority languages.
