The open access policy report “Maximising the Potential and Minimising the risks to design and utilize MOOCs” focuses on higher education institutions and MOOC platform providers who need to collaborate to reach out to refugees. The aim of this report is to highlight the need for inclusive educational programmes that can lead refugees to distinct learning paths, taking into account their life conditions and prior knowledge and qualifications.
