This open access publication presents an in-depth mapping of the barriers and drivers of citizen engagement in open science in the Baltics. The report focuses on the role of university libraries in enhancing active involvement of citizens in scientific research. The publication provides five recommendations that summarize experiences shared by researchers, librarians and university students from the Baltics. The report is part of the LibOCS project.
