On August 24, 2022, Web2Learn organised the second webinar “From open and citizen science to activism: roles of academic staff”, following the first one organised in July. The webinar fostered discussions on forms of social action undertaken by academic staff to address social and environmental injustice in collaboration with citizen communities. The panel of speakers was composed by Giuseppe Delmestri (Vienna University of Economics and Business), Gianluca Grimalda (Kiel Institute for the World Economy), Margaret Gold (Leiden University), Laura Horn (Roskilde University), Jérôme Santolini (Institute of Life sciences Frédéric Joliot), Katerina Zourou and Stefania Oikonomou (Web2Learn). The event was part of the INOS project and was moderated by Michael Peter Edson.
