Framing digital skills acquired in social actions within and beyond universities


In this conference paper, we delve into digital skills acquisition as a result of digitally-enhanced actions for a social purpose. The paper brings a focus on the growing awareness among universities that the acquisition of digital skills can be better served by digital actions (DA) that enhance participation of students in solving real life problems. This paper was submitted by Katerina Zourou and Stefania Oikonomou at the 14th International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies that took place in July 2022, Palma, Spain, in a hybrid format.
