Academic activism as manifestation of societal engagement and social innovation in responsible research
Description:
On January 23 at the Roskilde University campus, we had the opportunity to meet with friends, colleagues and researchers who are engaged in climate activism. The workshop was organised in the context of the RE:ERUA programme-funded Re_Act project on “Academic activism as manifestation of societal engagement and social innovation in responsible research”. Web2Learn was granted and carried out this project together with Laura Horn (project leader, Roskilde university) and Anthippi Potolia (Paris 8 University). Our research into academic activism resulted in a podcast series with academic climate activists that is available here.
