Web2Learn hosted a webinar on “Introduction to fundraising for cultural heritage: possibilities, aims and examples” on May 24, 2023, in the framework of the eCHOIng project. By taking donations and crowdfunding as two main fundraising types, this webinar aimed to introduce participants to key concepts, tools and objectives of fundraising for cultural heritage and discuss citizens’ role in shaping and enhancing the impact and social value of fundraising. The webinar was part of a series on “Fundraising for cultural heritage: from donations to crowdfunding and the role of citizen engagement”, organised by Web2Learn in May and June 2023.
