Description

The Inter-Mediterranean Peace And CollaboraTion (IMPACT) project aims to promote virtual intercultural dialogue between different cultural and religious groups through using online people-to-people interactions, youth-friendly technologies and innovative pedagogies. IMPACT will also enhance and foster the use of micro-credentials such as open digital badges that reflect the needs that have been defined as important for employability in the 21st century.

The project unfolds in asynchronous and synchronous online activities where groups of multinational and multicultural students work collaboratively with teachers who act as facilitators and not as the protagonists of the learning process. The educational programme plans the development of modules, workshops, and debates among participants on key issues related to intercultural communication between Muslims, Christians, Jews, Europeans, Israelis, and Arabs.
