Framework for digital skills acquired in digital action contexts


In this open access report, we mapped and analysed the European landscape of frameworks on digital skills development (DigComp, DigCompEdu, JISC). The report aimed to identify those frameworks that bring a closer focus on digital skills that can be acquired through digital actions by citizens. The results of our analysis distinguished three pan-European frameworks that fit to our research scope among thirteen analysed ones. The report was produced by Katerina Zourou and Stefania Oikonomou in the framework of the HEIDI project.
