The project aims to raise soil literacy and awareness among secondary school students in Greece through citizen science and comics-based storytelling, empowering students as informed advocates for soil protection within and beyond their communities.

SoilTales brings together schools, educators, artists, and soil science experts to: a) nurture scientific curiosity and understanding of soils, and b) translate observations into creative, engaging narratives that connect people emotionally and intellectually to living soils.
