The Council of Europe has made available an educational portal with the aim to make the practical teaching and training resources developed over the years available to education professionals across Europe. The resources focus on the priority themes and concerns of the Council of Europe namely human rights, democracy and the rule of law. The resources are intended to help practitioners to foster and promote a democratic culture in their day-to-day practice be it in their classrooms, extramural activities or be it on the level of the whole school.

The Council of Europe has made available an educational portal with the aim to make the practical teaching and training resources developed over the years available to education professionals across Europe. Katerina Zourou, together with other eight European experts, was selected upon a call for proposals to implement this project. All the resources have been developed in the framework of the Council of Europe projects and programmes and are free of charge.
