Panagiota Fabrikanou

Education and outreach collaborator

Panagiota specialises in educational technologies and inclusive learning. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Foreign Language Teaching from the Department of English Language and Literature in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and has two certifications in Special Education.

Panagiota has designed and implemented several projects using digital tools for atypical learning, including Minecraft for CLIL environmental education, AI agents for data-driven language learning, and Audio Description to support the access of blind and partially blind individuals in cultural spaces. Her expertise lies in creating inclusive educational materials and learning experiences that promote participation, accessibility, and engagement through technology.
