Μαριάνα Ζήκου

Ερευνήτρια

Mariana is an interdisciplinary doctoral researcher working at the intersection of arts, humanities and computer science. She holds an MSc (Hons) in Digital Humanities from the Dept. of Computer Science at KU Leuven, Belgium, an MA (Hons) in Curation and Art History, and a BA in Art Sciences from the School of Fine Arts, University of Ioannina, Greece.

At Web2Learn she works across digital and computational methods, including data modelling, visual analytics, and scientific writing, contributing to open science projects that bridge the humanities and related disciplines with information-based approaches. Her work spans open data management planning, implementation of crowdsourcing systems, and evidence-based data analysis, with a long-standing focus on the field of intangible cultural heritage.
