Kostiantyn’s expertise lies in innovative citizen engagement, participatory governance, and youth empowerment. He holds a PhD in Public Administration from the National Academy of Public Administration in Kyiv, Ukraine.
His professional experience includes serving as the Head of Programs for the International Republican Institute (IRI) in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and as Chairman of the Centre for Political Education in Kyiv. Kostiantyn has also worked as an expert with multilateral organizations such as UNDP and the Council of Europe, and has contributed to assistance projects with the German Society for International Co-operation (GIZ) and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM). In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing and cycling.
