From December 2023 to January 2024, Web2Learn organises a series of citizen science workshops in collaboration with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Association of Thessaloniki, Greece. The workshops are part of the Horizon Europe \u201cEuropean Citizen Science\u201d (ECS) project, and specifically connected with the T5.2 Applied pilots on citizen inclusion. The first meeting took place on 10 December 2023, followed by a second workshop on 19 January, while a third one will take place on 28 January, at the premises of the Association.<\/p>

As a result of the pilot, a zine on the value of citizen science and the role of technology made by Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) participants will be produced. In addition, as part of the workshop on January 19, 2024, Web2Learn invited the Italian artist and environmental activist, Alice Toietta, who creatively captured in a drawing the views expressed by the participants during the workshop. Alice followed our live discussion, being connected online and with the facilitation of English interpretation.<\/p>
