this open access report, we mapped and analysed the European landscape of frameworks on digital skills development (DigComp, DigCompEdu, JISC). The report aimed to identify those frameworks that bring a closer focus on digital skills that can be acquired through digital actions by citizens. The results of our analysis distinguished three pan-European frameworks that fit to our research scope among thirteen analysed ones.
