CAELUM places university libraries in the forefront of crisis response through open science, supporting vulnerable communities and bolstering EU-Ukraine cooperation. The project aims to develop cooperation between European universities to support public and legal capacity for environmental recovery in Ukraine. As the war has brought a huge toll to Ukraine\u2019s natural heritage, the project foresees to foster civic engagement in environmental citizen science and its legal dimension. By analysing barriers and opportunities for community engagement in environmental action and peacebuilding, GROMADA will emphasise the legal aspects of environmental harm monitoring in war, with and by conflict-affected communities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Baltics4UA aims to enhance Baltic universities\u2019 social responsibility through civic engagement actions to address the current Ukrainian humanitarian crisis in the Baltics. The project empowers higher education institutions (HEIs) to support active citizenship within formal education, while answering the need of upskilling academic staff, students and citizens in social action to support Ukrainian populations in the Baltics.
