She holds a Bachelor\u2019s and a Master\u2019s degree in Foreign Language Teaching from the Department of English Language and Literature in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and has two certifications in Special Education.<\/p><p>Panagiota has designed and implemented several projects using digital tools for atypical learning, including Minecraft for CLIL environmental education, AI agents for data-driven language learning, and Audio Description to support the access of blind and partially blind individuals in cultural spaces.
